Will this satisfy housekeeper panic-button laws?
No, and any vendor who says a fixed button will is misreading the ordinances. Those laws (New Jersey, Illinois, Chicago, Seattle and others) require portable devices for staff working alone in guest rooms. Our system covers your fixed posts and property-wide alerting; pair it with a wearable for the housekeeping mandate.
Can the alert go silently to our security office?
Yes, a duress press can stay completely silent at the point of activation while security gets the location instantly. A separate profile can trigger property-wide PA and signage when the situation calls for it.
Our property is historic, can it be cabled?
